Trackcol Bitumen Emulsion RS1
Trackcol Emulsion RS 1 stands as a product derived from bitumen, meticulously crafted by dispersing it into water in the form of minute globules through the aid of an emulsifying agent.This substance plays a vital role in reducing stress between the bitumen and water, preventing their rupture during standard storage conditions. This specific emulsion carries positive charges, making it highly compatible with the abundance of negatively charged aggregates in our country. When these positively charged emulsions come into contact with negatively charged aggregates, they help deposit bitumen particles on the aggregates, a process sped up by the evaporation of water.

Precautions to be taken to Ensure Best Results :
DO’S
- Roll emulsion drum to and fro 5-6 times before use
- Use emulsion at temperatures above 5 degree C.
- PH controlled water may be added to the emulsion @1:1. If required, for better control on spraying and penetration. entire quantity of thus diluted emulsion must be used immediately for prime coat operation only.
DON’TS
- Emulsion should be stored in open container/tank
- Do not mix different type of emulsion together.
- Do not fill loose earth in potholes before spraying emulsion
- Do not spray emulsion on a dusty surface.

Storage
